Be Limitless

Holistic In Approach, Practical In Application, Objective Based, Scientific In Methodology, Empirical in Evidence

“To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering”

– Fredrich Nietzche

To survive is to cope. To cope is to adapt. To adapt is to survive. Adaptive Performance is about resiliency in the face of adversity and uncertainty. Our mission is to Unlock Human Performance through enhanced human behavior. The characteristics, habits, and routines of a person are what truly matter most in performance and surviving in the dynamic environment and ambiguous environment of life. In life nothing is absolute. Physical Preparation for life starts with conquering how we view life and the opportunities afforded to us because limits begin where vision ends. We are not defined by our: tools, apparel, gear, nor accessories because:

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”

– Charles Darwin

Hi, I’m Michael. I want to help you unlock your potential in becoming limitless by simplifying fitness and recovery protocols so that you can break free of the old you and live the life of freedom through discipline.

My professional fitness journey started at 18 years old, not having much success as a newly certified personal trainer, I decided to do what I knew I had always wanted to do; join the military. I spent six years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps where I still worked out and continued to follow my passion for fitness but after my time there was up, I was on my way out and had no idea what to do next.

After getting out of the military, like most veterans, I just lost my luster for life.I felt like I had no purpose and was just walking this earth hoping to stumble across that feeling of meaning again.

Taking the equipment I had acquired over the last few years, I linked up with a good friend from high school where we committed to working out 5 days a week in his backyard with no excuses. We became obsessed.

With this new obsession, like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Adaptive Performance was born.

*I realized people are constantly drinking from the fire hose of information overload, trying to constantly jump from one fad to the next and that just isn’t sustainable and often doesn’t lead anywhere worth going.

Welcome to Adaptive Performance, where this time is going to be different.
